I liked this book. My favorite character of the four sisters is Jane because she loves writing and so do I. This book made me wish I had sisters.
I also read the sequel, The Penderwicks on Gardam Street, and liked that too.
The sisters help each other even though they sometimes fight. I thought the romance parts with Rosalind were funny, but I felt sorry for her when they didn’t turn out so well.
I hope there’s another book written about the Penderwicks.

I read this book in 3rd grade and loved it! It’s like my comfort book. If I’m feeling sad I read it because it will cheer me up.
I love your comment and would like to use it in a report I have to write. I just wanted your approval. I will give you credit for it if you like or i will just say that it a comment from a anonymous reader please respond! I’m no creep, just a thirteen year old trying to get a good grade. Thanks!
Sincerely,
Cassie
