This book takes you with a young girl Miri, to her life style, living with 2 sets of twins. She is the middle child. When people see her family out and about, they look at her older brothers, and younger sisters, but skip right over her in the middle. Miri gets sent to her room one day, for hitting her brother with a shovel, and finds a glass taped on the wall. Would you look through the glass? Well Miri does. The walls close in and Miri starts spinning, and she ends up back in her room, but it looks so different. Miri meets Molly, a girl that claims it is 1935, and that Miri is a fairy that has come to save her from her evil aunt and cousins. Will Miri ever be able to make it back to her time?
