Katniss Everdeen has returned home from a highly unanticipated victory in the Hunger Games. Different rules apply in the Quarter Quell of the 75th Hunger Games and any existing victors are once again picked in the reaping. Now after only one year, Katniss and her partner Peeta Melark face the reaping once again.
