Loved this book. I didn’t know much on the subject on the earthquake of 1906. After this book, I knew so much more. I love the way Dear America books set up. You may not know a lot about the subject, and you still might not know much about it after reading the book, but you feel like you know so much more because you were seeing it in the eyes of a girl who supposedly took place in it. You may be an expert on the subject, but after you read the book, your whole view could be changed. Love these books and especially ones I don’t know much about.
