As Kidsmomo is aimed primarily at kids under the age of 13, we are vigilant in guarding the safety of our site users and complying with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Unless we indicate otherwise and obtain prior parental consent, any personally identifiable information collected from children under the age of 13 will be completely deleted from our servers. We consider the following, among other things, to be personally identifiable information: full name (first and last), email address, street address, and phone number. It is Kidmomo’s policy never to reveal on its site more than a child’s first name, first initial of last name, state, and age or grade.
We never ask for a child’s online contact information except to: (1) respond directly on a one-time basis to a child’s specific request as submitted through our “Contact Us” form; (2) protect the safety of a child; or (3) comply with legal requirements.
Information collected from our site users will never be sold or otherwise transferred to third parties unless to protect the safety of a child.
USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT
Kidsmomo is dedicated to providing a safe, age-appropriate environment for kids ages 8-13. We review all user-submitted content before it is posted publicly to our site. Any personally identifiable information is completely deleted from our servers, and any inappropriate language is removed.

Visitors will find links from Kidsmomo to independently owned, controlled and/or managed World Wide Web or Internet sites whose content we have found of possible interest to our visitors. While we initially visit these sites to which we directly link, please note that we do not monitor or control the content that appears on these sites and such content may be constantly changing.
