The same author wrote Crossover, which won the Newbery Medal. This book is written in the same verse style and about boys who play soccer and have the same problems that many middle school boys have. This one isn’t as sad as Crossover, but well worth the read. It is fast paced and keeps your attention. If you liked Crossover, read Booked!

This book is really good but especially funny. The two main characters are two boys in their teens. They love to play basketball and Win A lot. This realistic fiction book is written in vers so be prepared to be done quickly because it goes fast. Hope you like this graet book.
