Hunger Games is a thrilling science fiction book. It has constant action. Katniss Everdeen, the main character, and Peeta Malik are obviously freaking when they get picked for the deadly Hunger Games. The Hunger Games is a game the Capitol plays while the boy and girl from each district fight or die. Usually there is only 1 victor, but that all changes when Katniss Everdeen walks into the picture. My favorite part is when Katniss sings to Rue, while she dies. I had a connection to Katniss every time she shoots an arrow. My connection is that I love archery even though I’m terrible at it. I recommend this book to anyone who likes action and mystery.

This book was really hard to put down. Even though, in my opinion, The Hunger Games and Catching Fire were better, Mocking Jay is still amazing. I didn’t really like the very beginning or ending, but the body is a lot more clear and good.

Catching Fire is filled with lots of action. In the book Peeta and Katniss have to go back to the Hunger Games. They have to compete with the winners of the other Hunger Games. My favorite part is when during the interviews Katniss’s wedding dress turns into a Mocking Jay dress. If you like books with action then you will love Catching Fire.

In the book The Hunger Games in the country of Panem there are 12 districts. There used to be 13, but district 13 got destroyed in the “dark days”. The dark days were a time when district 13 decided to start a war with the capital (a very bad group of people who run Panem). As you can guess, the capital won. To remind the districts of the dark days the capital holds something called the Hunger Games. The Hunger Games is when the capital throws 2 kids ages 12-18 into an arena and they fight until death and 1 person is crowned victor. Katniss Everdeen lives in district 12 with her mom and sister Prim. Her father died in a manning accident when she was little. Prim, Katniss’s sister gets called to go into the hunger games but Katniss can’t let that happen. Find out what happens next in this great book.

The book The Hunger Games is A Science Fiction book Writen by Susanne Collins. The Hunger Games is about the Capital not treating the 12 districts right and desides that it is fun to watch people battle in exteremly dangerous arena. Prim gets choice to fight in the arena but Kaniss Prim’s older sister volunteers to take her place. My favorite part of the book is when Katniss and Rue the 12 year old girl, Rue team up. Rue is important to Katniss because she reminds her of Prim. I recommend this book to readers who like adventure books.
