Theodore Boone: Kid Lawyer is about a kid who needs to solve a crime committed by Mr. Duffy. He has a few witnesses to help out the judge and himself. The authors name is John Grisham.
There is a kid and they call him Theo. He needs to solve a crime with a judge. He has a few witnesses, such as a kid named Bobby Escobar. Mr. Duffy is accused for pushing his thumbs on his wife’s pressure points and killing her. His company is poor and if his wife dies he gets $1,000,000.
My favorite part of the book was when Julio and Theo had to help out Bobby because it was suspenseful and I was wondering if Bobby was going to get caught.
If you like Theodore Boone: Kid Lawyer you will like the whole series. There are five books in the series so far.

The book I am going to review is Theodore Boone the Accused. It is written by John Grisham and it is a great mystery. The book is about a kid Theo and he is kind of like a lawyer, bet he is only in the eighth grade and he gets accused of stealing computers. My favorite part of the book is when the guys that are detectives try to investigate Theo Because Theo makes them look foolish and it is hilarious. If you like murder mysteries I highly recommend the series, I didn’t think I liked mystery but I loved it so even if you do not like mystery read it anyway!

A Very good book, for most readers.
The plot is where a Girl is Kidnaped.

With about a zillion films based on his books (okay, fine, there are eight), you’ve probably heard of John Grisham, the author of about a zillion and one books for adults (actual number: 23). But you probably haven’t seen any of his books in the children’s section of your local bookstore or library — until now!
That’s right, John Grisham just announced that he has a series for kids in the works. And since most of his adult books are legal thrillers, it shouldn’t surprise you to learn that the first book in the new series will be titled Theodore Boone: Kid Lawyer. The 13-year-old main character is apparently the son of two lawyers in a small Southern town.
I myself am the child of two lawyers, and I can tell you, that does not make me an expert on anything except how to argue with my parents. But if this series turns out to be about a kid fighting with his mom and dad, I will not be a happy reader! I assume we have some actual courtroom adventures from Theodore to look forward to. Guess we’ll find out when the book comes out in May…
In the meantime, here are a couple other books about kids who take on roles normally reserved for adults — and totally rock them(!):
And check out these offerings by authors who are famous for their books for adults:
