Divergent is one of the best books I’ve ever read. It is VERY suspenseful, and when you think you’ve predicted something, there is a huge twist! I do not recommend this book to anyone who enjoys books with humor, you will find none in this book.

What is the book about? If you’ve read Hunger Games, is it like Hunger Games? I’ve heard on e reviewer on a website say it was a total rip-off of The Hunger Games. Is this true?

I did not read the Hunger Games, but I did watch the movies (I know there are some differences). The plot of the story is that in the future, America has been split into five groups called factions. It is about a girl named Beatrice, or Tris, who turns out not to fit into any of the groups. She is called Divergent. So the series is about her trying to survive as a Divergent. So, yes, it is dystopian like the Hunger Games, and it has some similarities, but it does not rip-off the plot at all.
Okay, I try this book. It sounds really interesting.
