Book Review
Can you imagine moving from India to New York, or having your dad work away all the time, or having your grandmother die, in another country, all alone? This is just what happened to Meena.
In this book, Meena moved to New York to join her family. She signs up to get a penpal, and ends up with River who lives in Kentucky. They write back and forth, and they are both surprised at how similar their lives are.
This book reminds me of the book Dear Mr. Henshaw, because it is in the format of a journal, or letter, and so is this book.
You will like this book if you like realistic fiction.
